Who I am
The data controller for this website is Jayden Cunningham, trading as DawgOP Digital, a sole trader based in Haltwhistle, Northumberland, UK. You can contact me at [email protected].
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. There are no contact forms and no user accounts.
The site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Like any website, the hosting providers (Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare) and the font provider (Google) receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, so they can deliver the page to your browser.
If you email me
If you contact me by email, I'll receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. I use this only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to provide the services you've asked for.
- Lawful basis: my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or taking steps to enter into a contract at your request.
- Sharing: I don't sell or share your information. It's held with my email provider purely so I can send and receive email.
- Retention: I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with them, and records relating to paid work for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax purposes).
If you message me on WhatsApp or Facebook
If you contact me through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, I'll receive your name, profile and phone number (as shown by that app) and the messages you send. I use these only to reply and, if we work together, to provide the services you've asked for, on the same lawful basis and retention as email above.
These services are run by Meta, which processes your messages under its own privacy policy. If you'd rather not use them, email me instead.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Just email me at [email protected].
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
